At a time when it is right to be physically distant, we want to be as close as possible to your needs. That's why our e-commerce remains open with free delivery in Italy, Germany and France. We are working hard to ensure that shipments arrive comfortably at your doorstep within the usual timeframe; however, due to the current health emergency, transport services could be delayed by up to more than a week.

Shipping is free of charge regardless of the goods purchased.Recarokids.co.uk ships to Italy, Germany and France with Standard Delivery.

Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Products are delivered to your door.

  1. Have you already received the order confirmation email? We will send you a confirmation email once we have received your payment.
  2. Have you already received the dispatch confirmation email? Now you can track your parcel until it reaches your home using the tracking link in the email.

How long will it take to receive my parcel? Delivery times are returning to normal, but there may still be delays. Your order will normally be dispatched between 4 and 7 working days after the order Confirmation. If the destination of your parcel is subject to municipal or regional restrictions on the movement of goods, you will be notified by our Customer Service by email.

How can I track the status of my shipment? You can track your order by simply clicking on the tracking link in the dispatch confirmation email or directly from www.recaro-kids.com. Login to www.recaro-kids.com and access the "Orders" section of your personal profile. Here you can check the progress of your order and track your shipment.

Why is the tracking link for my order not visible? If your order is among those that have been delayed due to courier service issues, the tracking link may not be updated in real time. Don't worry! Keep monitoring the tracking in your personal area: the status of your order will soon be visible!

What does it mean when the tracking link of my order says "Returned to sender"? It may happen that your order is correctly shipped from our warehouse but, due to organisational issues or overloading, the destination branch has been unable to handle it and therefore sends the parcel back to our warehouse. This situation is beyond our control; should it occur we will inform you and we will then cancel the order and refund it.

What does it mean when the tracking link of my order says "Unknown recipient or wrong address"? All shipments on hold are monitored by our Customer Service, which releases the goods and attempts to deliver them again up to two times. If the courier informs us that there is something wrong with the delivery address you provided when placing the order, we will contact you immediately asking for clarification in order to release the goods.

Returns and refund

Have you purchased an item from the Recaro Kids shop and you want to return it? Here are some tips.

Right to withdraw If you have changed your mind after placing an order on the Recaro Kids shop and no longer wish to receive the goods, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without penalty within 30 days of receiving the goods.

Recaro Kids will collect the goods directly at its own expense.

Refund

  • The refund procedure is opened immediately by our Customer Service as soon as the return is made.
  • Refund usually takes place through the same method used for payment: for example, if you used your credit card, the refund will be credited to that credit card.
